Clogger Warranty
All Clogger products come with a lifetime warranty. We will replace or repair any garment with a defect caused by faulty material or workmanship free of charge.
Warranty claims will be evaluated based on whether the issue was caused by faulty material or workmanship or simply wear and tear from use.
The first step is to Contact Us. We will request a description of the defect and photos.
If we determine that the problem is caused by faulty material or workmanship, we will pay shipping costs so the garment can be repaired and returned to you. Alternatively, we may simply replace the garment.
The decision whether to repair or replace garment is at our discretion.
Returns Policy
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error. We'll pay the return shipping costs if this case.
If the return is because of your error, you can still return the item within 30 days for a full refund but you will need to organise and pay for the return shipping. The item will be inspected on return and you will be contacted if there is any issue with the condition of the product.
Custom orders can not be returned unless the reason is a warranty issue.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
Purchase orders are usually received within 3 business days in New Zealand and Australia and 7 business days in North America and Europe. Transit times can vary.
The following orders ship free.
NZ: Orders over NZD 150
AU: Orders over AUD 250
US: Orders over USD 175
CA: Orders over CAD 300
If the total order value is under the above amount then the following shipping charge will apply.
NZ: $15 NZD shipping charge
AU: $30 AUD shipping charge
CA: $30 CAD shipping charge
US: $25 USD shipping charge
Please note: We do not offer free shipping on international orders to other countries via our New Zealand website because costs vary so much. There is a fixed charge of NZD 60 for these shipments.
