Warranty, Returns and Shipping

Clogger Warranty

All Clogger garments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the garment under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, alteration, or improper care.

If you believe your garment has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us with a description and photos of the issue. If we confirm that the defect is due to faulty material or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair the garment free of charge, replace it with a comparable garment if repair is not reasonably possible, or refund the purchase price.

Clogger will cover the cost of shipping for garments accepted as warranty claims. For items not covered, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the same duration as this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns Policy

We have a dedicated returns address located in the USA for your convenience. 

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error. We'll pay the return shipping costs if this case.

If the return is because of your error, you can still return the item within 30 days for a full refund but you will need to organise and pay for the return shipping. The item will be inspected on return and you will be contacted if there is any issue with the condition of the product.

Custom orders cannot be returned unless the reason is a warranty issue.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All orders are shipped from our factory located in Invercargill, New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframes

We use DHL Express for all deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are generally delivered within 5–7 business days.
Please allow an extra day or more for rural addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email directly from DHL. If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll follow it up for you.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $220 USD qualify for free shipping.
For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $30 USD applies.
