Looking for the coolest chainsaw pants on the planet?

Get Gen2 Zeros.

Cooling features include two high efficiency fixed side vents with an open leg design for maximum air flow. The incredibly breathable outer incorporates Nilit Breeze fibers to wick heat from the body.

Staying cool is also about reducing effort while working. The Zero shell offers 140% 4-way stretch for maximum flex with ultra low weight at just 2 lb 3 oz (Medium).

Durability is a big focus. The outer is amazingly tough with a high tenacity nylon ripstop. The super tough Dyneema fabric on the right calf increases durability where the hanging chainsaw causes premature wear. Upgraded zippers and elasticized thread in the seat reduce the risk of failure in these areas.

All this is delivered while improving safety performance. Zeros exceed US standards for coverage by 15% with ankle to waist protection and outperform the minimum chainsaw threshold speed by 25% (3,500 ft/min v 2,750 ft/min US minimum). Light weight does not mean less safe.

Choose front only or the added protection of front and 360 calf protection. Now available in short leg or tall leg length options for front protection styles only.

    Clogger Zero

I recently bought my second pair of Clogger Zeros from Treestuff, I've worn them five times and the Zipper has come quit zipping. I Love this product but I Gotta have a zipper. The zipper was zipped up but the zipper opened up and I can't fix it without replacing it.

Coming from Pfanner Gladiators the pockets took a little getting used to but a year in I find them superior in every way. Super light weight and cool in summer. I’m 32X34 US size and the small fits perfectly.

Great pair of trousers. Flexible. If you ever need to add an extra layer because of weather, they are great with the stretch waistband.

    Mithril for tree folks

Posted by Brent Strange on 22nd Nov 2019

The Clogger Zeros are one of my favorite tools I use ever day. Being comfortable, safe, and professional looking are huge selling points. Not having to keep up with chaps or running to put chaps on or take them off is also a time and money saver. Peace of mind is also important. In the end Cloggers have a customer for life in me and my two kids. My wife doesn’t run a saw but she loves the fact that I am safe when I work and that the kids will be safe when they run a saw. So a product that saves my my life and improves my marriage? No brainer. These pants are mithril for tree folks. Get em.

After trying every other chainsaw pant option on the market, these are by far the coolest in the summer. Easy to wear them on hot days.

My crew and I love these pants! We all have a few pairs each that we rotate every few days or until they need washed. The pants fit me perfectly and are very flexible. They breath pretty well and are a great all season chainsaw pant. As for duribility, we have had no issues other than a few small punctures in the outside layer. I found some great adhesive patches to prevent the punctures from spreading further. The internals of the pants were not affected. I’m looking forward to picking up a couple more pairs soon! See y’all at TCIA!
