Fit & Sizing:
Zero Chaps have the classic streamlined Clogger cut with a waist band adjustable up to 49 inches. An 18 inch extension strap is available. Sizing is based on leg length.

A breath of fresh air in cool chainsaw chap design. Developed to protect not only against chainsaws but to reduce the heat buildup from physical exertion especially in hot environments. Zero chainsaw chaps are lightweight and breathable, adding protection rather than weight and helping you stay cool as the work becomes hot and heavy. Protection is now a breeze. The calf wrap version come with additional chainsaw protection from the back of the knee to the ankle.

Chainsaw protection

  • Uses Clogger's exclusive Arrestex HP chainsaw fabric which is light and breathable with 6 layers of advanced technical chainsaw protection.
  • Arrestex HP includes ultra strong UHMWPE cut resistant fibers cross woven to improve multi-directional strike performance.
  • Waist to ankle coverage with 360 calf wrap for additional protection.

Outer construction and design

  • Tough, breathable, high tenacity nylon outer with DWR to repel water and oil.
  • Soft poly-cotton lining.
  • 2 inch wide belt with quick release buckle.
  • The adjustable waist extends to 49 inches. An additional 18 inch extension belt is available if required. Same length waistband on all sizes.

Tree people specific detail

  • 2 rugged polypropylene straps on the upper leg and 3 more straps on the calf for an ultra secure, comfortable, and safe fit.
  • Velcro closure on the flap for easy placement and to lock down the opening
  • Tough buckles designed for long life and to withstand crushing.
  • High-visibility panels.
  • NEW - Leg buckles are replaceable. Easily replace in the field if damaged or broken.
  • NEW - Each pair comes with a set of 2 replaceable buckles.
